Instructions

1. Please click the round login button at the right.
2. You will be prompted for a username and password.
   Please type the username and password that were provided for you.
   
3. A list of available cameras will show up as links on that page.
4. Click or select the link that was told to you by your agent.
5. The Video Window will now be displayed.
   Be Patient, sometime is takes a moment to connect.
6. The Video Window Should look like the one shown here.
   
7. Right Clicking in the image window will show the following menu.
   
8. The Image Info Selection allows you to see a time date stamp and frame number in the upper left hand corner of the image window. You can also toggle its color if you desire.
9. The Quality Box is a section that allows for greater quality for a part of the image while the rest will be grayed out. If you enable it you can then disable it.
10. The focus sensitivity is for another application and is not used for E.Y.E-View™.
11. The Image Quality is very important. It determines the quality of the video. The higher the number the better the quality. While viewing you may change the value so that you can see the difference. We have found that 3 to 4 is very good. As you increase the quality you increase the bandwidth that you need to see the video. Settings 3 to 4 is a good location for frame rate verses quality.
12. Save as file allows you to save a single image to your hard drive, this is different than record which will be stored on the Internet. Taking a picture allows you to save the highlights from what you saw onto the viewer's local hard drive. After clicking save as file a save as dialog box will appear.
13. The Recording menu, which is start and stop will allow you to record the video for later viewing.
